Where We Ship
SuhuPrinter ships exclusively to addresses inside the 50 United States. We do not ship to international destinations, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands at this time. If you are outside our shipping zone, please check back later — we hope to expand coverage in the future.
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates inside the contiguous US are simple and transparent:
- Free standard shipping on every order of $99 or more.
- $9.99 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $99.
- Expedited (2-business-day) and overnight shipping are available at checkout — the cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.
Sales tax is calculated separately at checkout based on your shipping address. Large or oversized items (such as enterprise multifunction printers) may incur an additional handling surcharge, which will always be shown clearly before you complete checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed and handed off to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery times after the order ships:
- Standard ground: 2 to 5 business days via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
- Expedited 2-day: 2 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day
- Overnight: 1 business day via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Standard Overnight
Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order leaves our warehouse, not the day you place the order. Delivery to remote ZIP codes, Alaska, and Hawaii may take 1 to 3 additional business days.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking number. You can also view live order status by signing in to your account and visiting the Orders tab. If you do not see a tracking update within 2 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
Once an order has been handed off to UPS or FedEx, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to redirect a package, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number — most carriers allow address changes for a small fee while a package is in transit.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, repeatedly missed delivery attempts, or refused at the door), we will contact you to arrange a re-ship. A reshipping fee equal to the original shipping cost will apply for re-delivery on returned orders.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Every order ships fully insured. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact us within 5 business days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Returns
