Next you enter the shipping address where the hardware should be delivered. You then choose a payment method, and finally you review the full order — items, address, shipping, and taxes — before you confirm. Secure, private payment
Your connection is encrypted, and we never store your full card number on our own servers. We ask only for the details required to process and ship your order, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties. Shipping, taxes, and totals
Every order ships from our domestic warehouse via UPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrives within two to five business days. Standard shipping is a flat $9.99, and it is free on orders of $99 or more. Applicable sales tax is calculated at 8% and shown on the order summary before you confirm, so the total you see is the total you pay — there are no hidden handling fees added at the last moment. After you place your order
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number and a summary of what you purchased. When the package leaves our warehouse, we follow up with carrier tracking so you can watch it on its way. If you signed in, the same details are available under your account so you can check status at any time. Each product arrives brand new and is covered by the standard HP manufacturer warranty, because we sell only authentic hardware sourced through authorized channels.
What you need to check out
To finish your purchase you only need a valid shipping address within the United States and a payment method. Returns and support
If a device is not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to begin a return for a refund to your original payment method, provided the item is in its original packaging with all included accessories.
