What brands do you carry?
We carry a curated selection of professional printers and scanners. All products are genuine and come with full manufacturer warranties.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship via UPS and FedEx to all US addresses. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every product we sell includes the original manufacturer warranty. Warranty lengths vary by brand and model. To register your warranty, visit the manufacturer's website. For warranty service, you can contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to our support team for guidance.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened or defective. To initiate a return, contact our support team to receive a return authorization number. Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories or international addresses.
